Tiffany A. Bustamante is an associate attorney at Atkinson, P.A., where she represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation matters, with primary emphasis in catastrophic injury and death cases, premises liability, coverage, bad faith, excess, umbrella, and reinsurance claims.

Ms. Bustamante graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During her tenure in law school, Ms. Bustamante served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Carlos A. Rodriguez in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and, additionally, interned with the City of Miami Office of the City Attorney addressing various municipal matters. She also served on the executive board for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and the Association for Tax Law.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Bustamante represented clients in personal injury actions through all stages of litigation and gained extensive experience, specifically in the areas of premises liability, negligent security, and automobile accidents.

Ms. Bustamante is licensed by the Florida Bar to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court of the Southern District. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. Ms. Bustamante also serves on the board of directors of the Ms. Esquire Network.

Ms. Bustamante maintains community involvement by providing pro bono service to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program as a court-appointed guardian.
