Maria-Gracia Diaz is an associate attorney at Atkinson, P.A., where she represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense.

Ms. Diaz has international legal experience. She graduated with honors from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru with a Bachelor of Law in 2014. While pursuing her Bachelor of law, Ms. Diaz participated in an exchange program at Nanzan University in Nagoya, where she studied Japanese. In Peru, she worked in both the public and private sector, gaining experience in the Civil Law system. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While in law school, Ms. Diaz was a Senior Associate on Nova Law Review. She was also a Public Interest Fellow at the Career &. Professional Development Office of Shepard Broad College of Law.
