Mr. Goodman graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law as a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Goodman served as an extern for the The Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic offering pro bono legal service to low-income individuals who are dealing with bankruptcy. Mr. Goodman also worked as a law clerk for a local commercial litigation firm.
Prior to law school, Mr. Goodman served as in intern in the Washington D.C. Congressional office of member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing South Florida. In college at Emory, he played four years of Varsity Tennis and was a Senior Captain for the 2017 DIII National Championship Team. He is a South Florida native and avid supporter of Miami sports teams.
