John P. Robins is an associate at Atkinson, P.A., specializing in all forms of civil insurance litigation, including property damage, personal injury, coverage disputes, federal worker’s compensation, and maritime insurance and contracting.

Mr. Robins graduated cum laude from Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in History. He later attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2016. Mr. Robins served as a member of the Maritime Law Society, as well as several other student and faculty groups in an effort to remain up to date and knowledgeable in various areas of law. Mr. Robins has lived and studied in seven states and two countries, allowing him contact and experience with people from all walks of life.

Before joining Atkinson, P.A., Mr. Robins represented clients along the West coast of Florida in personal injury and property damage cases, including hurricane damage, sinkhole damage, slip and falls, and car accidents. Mr. Robins has represented clients on both sides of many types of disputes, gathering valuable experience in the nuances of civil litigation, negotiation, and settlement.

Mr. Robins is licensed by the Florida Bar to practice in all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
