Daniel J. Bujan is an associate at Atkinson, P.A., where he represents clients in all types of insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, property damage, and premise liability.

Mr. Bujan graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. During college, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Marid, Spain where he took classes in Criminal Law and traveled extensively around Europe. Mr. Bujan later attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Business Law Review as an Article and Comments Editor. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Bujan worked at a construction, engineering, and procurement company’s corporate counsel department reviewing contracts for large projects across North America and Canada. Mr. Bujan also completed a semester of law school at University of Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA. During his time in California, Mr. Bujan served as a HOPE fellow where he worked as a certified legal intern at a legal aid organization’s re-entry unit in Oakland, California. Here he assisted marginalized individuals with criminal record remedies, employment, and housing disputes.

Before joining Atkinson, P.A., Mr. Bujan represented clients at a high-volume labor and employment firm where he handled claims involving wage disputes, employment discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety. It was here where Mr. Bujan gained extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

Mr. Bujan is licensed by the Florida Bar to practice in all state courts of Florida, the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
